Wartime Weekend

23rd - 24th May  2009

I could only make it on the Sunday as we were holding our 1940's Jumble sale in Ingleton on the Saturday. We marched in the Parade and we all kept in step. Our training at Lytham St Annes really paid off. There was a lot of the public, cheering the parade round Irwell vale to the church service. Also a good crowd watching the battle on the railway bankings. Never made it up to Bury myself lack of time . But thanks to Neil for the passes as our members did use them both days .
